Mentor Auto Service is an independent, family-run shop on Nolensville Pike. We built our reputation by doing what dealers won't — explaining the work, charging fairly, and treating European cars like the engineering they are.

Our techs have spent careers on BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, Porsche, and Land Rover platforms. We use OEM-equivalent parts, factory-level scan tools, and we'll tell you when a repair isn't worth doing.

Do you really do wheel repair?

Do you work on BMW?

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are preferred so we can plan around your car and order parts in advance, but we take walk-ins when the bays are open. Call (615) 828-9741 and we'll fit you in as soon as we can.

Are you cheaper than the dealer?

In nearly every case, yes — often significantly. We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts, factory-level diagnostic tools, and bill at independent-shop labor rates. Most customers save 30–50% versus dealer quotes for the same repair.

Do you offer pre-purchase inspections?

Yes. Pre-purchase inspections on European cars are one of the most valuable things we do. We'll scan the car, check for common platform issues, and tell you honestly whether it's worth the asking price.
